Please read these terms carefully before using Chef Broshurko. By accessing or using the website or app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Chef Broshurko website or downloading, installing, or using the Chef Broshurko mobile application (together, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Chef Broshurko is a grocery planning tool that presents weekly brochure offers from supported stores, helps you compare exact and similar product prices, build shopping lists, generate AI-powered recipes and day plans, view estimated recipe cost and nutrition values, generate recipe images, and compare cheaper recipe ingredient swaps by store. Chef Broshurko does not sell groceries directly, is not a retailer, and does not guarantee any store price, stock level, promotion, product match, nutrition value, saving, or checkout total.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access, extract, or collect data from the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Misuse AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, misleading, dangerous, or rights-infringing content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Chef Broshurko uses artificial intelligence to generate recipe suggestions, day plans, ingredient matches, shopping list suggestions, recipe images, and cost or nutrition estimates. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate.
  • Product prices, availability, package sizes, quantities, discounts, and promotions displayed in the Service may differ from those in-store.
  • You should always verify prices, product details, labels, allergens, availability, and food safety information before buying, cooking, or eating.
  • We do not guarantee the nutritional accuracy, allergen suitability, ingredient availability, or safety of AI-generated recipes.

6. Subscriptions, Purchases & Recipe Credits

Some AI-powered recipe features require a paid subscription, in-app purchase, entitlement, or recipe credit. You acknowledge that:

  • Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are handled by the relevant app store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Deleting your Chef Broshurko account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your app store account.
  • Recipe credits are used for eligible AI generation flows according to the rules shown in the app. A credit is intended to be spent only after a generated recipe image is created, uploaded, and attached to the saved recipe.
  • Access may fail or be delayed if an app store, RevenueCat, network, or backend service is unavailable.

7. Brochure Data & Accuracy

The Service displays promotional data sourced from publicly available store brochures. While we strive to keep this information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that:

  • All promotions will be available at every store location.
  • Prices, product descriptions, or availability are guaranteed.
  • Brochures will be updated in real time.

Retailers may change, withdraw, or modify promotions at any time without notice to us.

Chef Broshurko is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with any retailer or store shown in the Service. The Service does not reproduce or represent any retailer's full product catalog. Product, price, discount, availability, and promotion information is extracted from publicly available promotional brochures and may be incomplete, outdated, or different in-store. Store names, logos, product images, brochures, and promotional materials remain the property of their respective owners. Always verify details with the retailer before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content (excluding user-submitted data and third-party promotional materials), is the property of Chef Broshurko and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Store logos, product images, and promotional content displayed within the Service remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chef Broshurko and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Any loss of savings, money, or purchasing opportunities due to inaccurate or outdated promotional information.
  • Any decisions made based on AI-generated content, including recipes, nutrition, quantities, day plans, ingredient matches, or spending insights.
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service's availability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chef Broshurko and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the Service or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions and limitation of liability clauses.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
